By using RoomFlip, you agree to these terms.

RoomFlip helps you create AI-generated room redesign and virtual staging concepts from uploaded room photos.

Responsible use

You agree to use RoomFlip lawfully and responsibly. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, and do not use generated results for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.

AI-generated results

AI-generated room designs are provided for inspiration, planning, staging, and creative visualization. Results may vary and should be reviewed before being used for real-world renovation, listing, construction, or purchasing decisions.

Credits and paid features

Paid features may consume credits according to the pricing shown in RoomFlip. Credit packs add credits to your account. Subscription plans provide a recurring credit allowance while the subscription is active.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play renew according to the store terms shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting a RoomFlip account request does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Refunds

Credits and subscription access are digital goods that are delivered and consumed instantly. Credits are non-refundable once granted, and credits that have been used to generate or process designs cannot be reversed, restored, or refunded.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain Pro access and any remaining subscription credits until that date, and no prorated or partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle. Likewise, no refund is available for any subscription period during which the account has already been used.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the store where the purchase was made, in accordance with that store's refund policy. For web purchases, contact support with your account email and purchase details; eligibility for a goodwill refund is at our sole discretion and only considered when no credits from the purchase have been consumed.

Service changes

RoomFlip may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Service terms can be updated when product behavior changes.
