About RoomFlip

RoomFlip.pro is an AI room design and virtual staging product built for real estate agents, short-term rental hosts, interior designers, and homeowners who need to see a room redesigned before spending a dollar on furniture or renovation. Upload one real room photo, pick a style, and get a believable redesigned or staged image in seconds. RoomFlip is available on the web at roomflip.pro and as native iOS and Android apps.

What RoomFlip does

RoomFlip turns a single room photo into a believable redesign or virtually staged listing image. The product covers the most common decisions a homeowner, host, or agent has to make: choosing an interior style across 12 directions (modern, Scandinavian, farmhouse, industrial, Japanese, coastal, traditional, mid-century modern, contemporary, minimalist, bohemian, transitional), rearranging existing furniture from a photo, checking whether a sofa or rug will fit before buying, generating MLS-ready listing descriptions and Fair Housing compliance checks, and previewing exterior and curb-appeal changes. The same room photo can be reused across these flows, so users compare two or three direction options instead of guessing twenty random ideas.

Built by Sky Bringup

RoomFlip is built and operated by Sky Bringup, an independent product studio focused on practical AI tools for real-world decisions. We ship the web app at roomflip.pro, the iOS app (App Store ID 6760637954), the Android app (com.skybringup.roomdesigner), and the underlying API used by every flow. We respond to user feedback directly through the contact form, and we keep the team small enough that bug reports get answered within one or two business days. RoomFlip is the Sky Bringup flagship product for the room design and virtual staging category. The product has been featured on Dang.ai, There's An AI For That, Twelve Tools, and Dofollow Tools.

How we approach quality

Each generation passes through realism checks: furniture must sit on the floor at believable scale, shadows must follow the room's actual light direction, and permanent fixtures (windows, doors, cabinets, flooring, built-ins) must remain recognizable. If the output would misrepresent the real condition, size, layout, or fixture quality of a room, it does not ship to the user. We optimize for a clear, honest read of the space rather than a dramatic render, because the people using RoomFlip are making real decisions: a buyer scanning a listing, a host pricing a rental refresh, a homeowner deciding whether to buy a sofa. A believable preview that helps with that decision is the only output that counts.
