We usually review support requests within 2 business days.
Billing and subscriptions
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by that store. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play account settings.
For credit or purchase issues, email us with your account email and the product you bought.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the account deletion page. We review deletion requests within 30 days.
