Privacy Policy

RoomFlip is an AI room design and virtual staging service operated by the Skybringup team.

We collect the data needed to deliver RoomFlip, including account details, room images you upload, generated results, design-assistant messages, purchase records, and usage history tied to your account.

Data we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in provider.
• Room photos you upload and AI-generated room design results.
• Messages you send to the design assistant and room images you choose to include in the conversation.
• Credits, purchases, subscriptions, and purchase verification records.
• Usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Basic device, log, and diagnostic information used to troubleshoot errors.

How we use data

We use data to run the service, process uploaded room images, generate room designs, provide design-assistant guidance, restore credits and purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and usability.

Sharing and processing

We may use service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, purchase verification, storage, AI image generation, and design-assistant responses. These providers process data so RoomFlip can function.

When you use the design assistant, your messages and any room images you choose to include are sent to AI service providers to generate design guidance. Avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

We do not sell your personal information.

Security and retention

Data sent between your device and our service is encrypted in transit.

We keep account-linked data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain purchase records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and handle account deletion requests.

From October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, free generated results are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Files created before that date will not be removed under this rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Existing paid storage commitments remain unchanged.

The 24-hour local draft period applies only to photos and settings kept in your browser before upload. Clearing that draft or removing a downloaded copy from your device does not delete files already saved to your account.

Download designs you want to keep. Source photos are kept while retained results or active edits still need them. Unused free source photos become eligible for cleanup after 30 days under the same transition dates. Shared files remain until all retained references are released. Cleanup is periodic and may be retried after errors. Project and history records can remain with an expired label after their files are removed; you can upload new photos to continue. RoomFlip's own examples and gallery images are outside this rule.

Account deletion

In the RoomFlip 1.5 app, open Account and choose Delete account to submit an in-app deletion request. The app keeps a deletion receipt and lets you check processing status. In-app requests are processed automatically by our account deletion service; submitting a request or receiving a receipt does not mean deletion is complete.

You can also request deletion through our account deletion page. Website form requests are reviewed manually within 30 days.

When a deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize account-linked data where practical. We may retain limited records when required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Submitting a RoomFlip account deletion request does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those subscriptions must be canceled in the store separately.
