RoomFlip is an AI room design and virtual staging service operated by the Skybringup team.

We collect the data needed to deliver RoomFlip, including account details, room images you upload, generated results, purchase records, and usage history tied to your account.

Data we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in provider.
• Room photos you upload and AI-generated room design results.
• Credits, purchases, subscriptions, and purchase verification records.
• Usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Basic device, log, and diagnostic information used to troubleshoot errors.

How we use data

We use data to run the service, process uploaded room images, generate room designs, restore credits and purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability and usability.

Sharing and processing

We may use service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, purchase verification, storage, and AI image generation. These providers process data so RoomFlip can function.

We do not sell your personal information.

Security and retention

Data sent between your device and our service is encrypted in transit.

We keep account-linked data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain purchase records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and handle account deletion requests.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from our account deletion page. We review requests within 30 days.

When a deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymize account-linked data where practical. We may retain limited records when required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Deleting a RoomFlip account request does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those subscriptions must be canceled in the store separately.
