Summary: we collect account details, uploaded room images, generation history, design-assistant messages, and usage data needed to run the service. Messages and room images you include in a design-assistant conversation are sent to AI service providers to generate guidance. We do not sell your personal information. Retention and the app and website deletion processes are described in the English version.
From October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, free generated results are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Files created before that date will not be removed under this rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Existing paid storage commitments remain unchanged. Download designs you want to keep. Source photos remain while retained results or active edits need them; unused free photos follow the same 30-day rule and transition dates. Expired files are unavailable for download or editing. Project records can remain, and you can upload new photos. Browser drafts have a separate 24-hour period. See the English Privacy Policy for details.
